Bill Bladykas - Sales partner
A natural "connector," Bill Bladykas has been a real estate investor and landlord for over 30 years. His enthusiasm for building relationships and encouraging collaboration has placed him everywhere from President of the Chamber of Commerce to board member for the Coalition for the Homeless.
Bill discovered Charleston during his 25th wedding anniversary celebration, and he immediately knew this would be his new home! After the sale of his successful small business in New York, Bill and his wife, Lauren, moved to Charleston.
There are few who enjoy Chucktown as much as Bill. He has quickly made connections in his new city by the sea. Each season Bill celebrates all that Charleston has to offer. In the summer you will find him down at the Riverdog's Stadium enjoying a hot dog and cheering on his hometown baseball team. Fall brings football season, an especially exciting time in South Carolina for college football. Winter is a welcome change from the New York snow, and Bill and Lauren often take advantage of the weather to enjoy a walk on the beach. Spring means golf with his son, Dan, and a visit from his daughter and her husband from New England. The best part of Charleston living for Bill and Lauren - you don't need a season or a reason to enjoy the incredible cuisine at the many famous restaurants in the area!
Bill specializes in relocation. His own experience and transition from a "New York State of Mind" to the relaxed South Carolina pace will surely help anyone who is looking to call Charleston home.
A graduate of CW Post at Long Island University, Bill earned his BS in Business Administration. He has been married to his wife, Lauren, for 29 years, and they have three children.
Some of Bill's past board associations are president and long-term board member of the Mattituck Chamber of Commerce, board member of the North Fork Promotion Council, Mattituck Stakeholders Committee, NY Congressman Tim Bishop's Small Business Advisory Committee, board member of the Huntington Coalition for the Homeless, and past chair of St. Anthony's Parish Outreach Program in East Northport, NY.
